# Case Studies

Three engagements, three different search problems. The detail below is specific rather than decorative, and every claim is checkable on the client site. Where a performance figure belongs to the client rather than to us, we will show you the Search Console view on request instead of putting a rounded number on a web page.

## Dermacian — Dermatology clinic, Jaipur, India

**Sector:** Healthcare (YMYL)  |  **Market:** Jaipur, Rajasthan  |  **Site:** [dermacian.com](https://dermacian.com/)

### The problem

Dermatology sits in the Your Money or Your Life category, where Google applies its strictest quality standards. A clinic site competing against established Jaipur practices cannot win on content volume. It has to demonstrate genuine medical authority and give search engines an unambiguous picture of what is treated, by whom, and with what qualifications.

### What we built

- **Dual taxonomy architecture.** Separate Treatments and Conditions hierarchies, because patients search both ways. Someone worried about melasma and someone researching chemical peeling are at different stages with different intent. Nineteen treatment pages and seventeen condition pages, each owning its own query rather than competing for one generic term.
- **E-E-A-T built into the template, not bolted on.** Practitioner credentials surfaced on-page throughout the site rather than buried on an About page — Dr. Tanu Rungta (MBBS, MD, MIMA) and Dr. Vivek Rungta (MBBS, MD, FACSI, MNSI). For YMYL medical content this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- **Local content cluster.** A blog programme built around Jaipur-specific demand: seasonal skincare for the local climate, cost-of-treatment queries, PRP session guidance, and how-to-choose-a-dermatologist content — the questions patients actually type before they book.
- **Review velocity as a ranking input.** Google Business Profile work supporting map pack visibility.

### Where it stands

- 4.9 average rating from 850+ Google ratings
- 36 treatment and condition pages live, each targeting distinct search intent
- Active Jaipur-focused editorial cluster publishing through 2026
- The clinic reports 10,000+ treatments delivered and 40,000+ families served

## BookBoatsNow — Luxury boat and yacht rental marketplace, USA

**Sector:** Travel and leisure marketplace  |  **Market:** United States  |  **Site:** [bookboatsnow.com](https://bookboatsnow.com/)

### The problem

Rental marketplaces have a structural SEO problem. Inventory changes constantly, location and category combinations multiply fast, and the vertical is dominated by incumbents with a decade of accumulated domain authority. Getting indexed is trivial. Getting indexed on the pages that actually convert is the hard part.

### What we built

- **Location and category architecture** designed so destination pages carry genuine differentiation rather than templated city swaps — the pattern Google treats as doorway content and discounts accordingly.
- **An editorial layer around booking intent.** Content addressing the research phase: what a charter actually costs, what to expect on board, how the sharing-economy model works for boats. This captures demand weeks before the transactional query fires.
- **Adjacent vertical expansion.** Supporting content for the wider travel offering — car rentals, hotels, resorts — structured as its own cluster so it strengthens the domain without diluting the core boat-rental pages.

### Where it stands

Live across the US market with an active editorial programme covering luxury charter, regional boating destinations and the technology shift in recreational boating. Performance reporting available under NDA on request.

## MyRIDI — Rideshare platform, Iowa and Illinois, USA

**Sector:** Two-sided marketplace / mobility  |  **Market:** Iowa and Illinois, USA  |  **Site:** [myridi.com](https://myridi.com/)

### The problem

A regional rideshare competing against Uber and Lyft serves two audiences whose search behaviour points in opposite directions. Riders search for transport. Drivers search for income. Optimising one set of pages for both is precisely how two-sided marketplaces end up ranking for neither.

### What we built

- **Split intent architecture.** Separate content tracks for rider acquisition and driver recruitment, so pages targeting “become a driver” queries never compete against pages targeting ride-booking queries.
- **Driver-side depth.** Step-by-step guides covering onboarding, background checks, insurance and area-manager progression — the practical questions that decide whether a driver signs with you or with a competitor.
- **A B2B commuter track.** A distinct path for employers evaluating rideshare as a staff benefit. Different buyer, different query set, materially higher contract value.
- **Regional targeting without doorway exposure.** Service-area structure matched to genuine operating territory rather than speculative city pages for markets the client does not serve.

### Where it stands

Operating across Iowa and Illinois with separate acquisition funnels for riders, drivers and employer partners, each supported by its own content track. Performance reporting available under NDA on request.

## How we report

Every engagement reports against qualified enquiries first and rankings second. Rankings are a leading indicator; they are not the deliverable. When a client asks us to prove a number we show the Search Console or GA4 view it came from, not a screenshot in a slide deck.

We also tell clients when we think a smaller scope would serve them better. That conversation is cheaper for both sides than a retainer that quietly underdelivers for six months.
