## The version of this service I wanted to hire and could not find

Miracuves builds products. Over the years one pattern kept repeating: we would ship something genuinely good, and months later the client would come back saying nobody could find it.

The agencies they had hired were producing activity — keywords tracked, articles published, backlinks acquired — and no revenue. What struck me is how many of those engagements failed on things a developer would have caught in an afternoon. Broken canonicals. A staging robots.txt that went live. Analytics that had never recorded a single conversion correctly.

The agency could not see any of it, because nobody on the team could read the stack.

## What I actually believe about this work

Not positioning statements. These are the things we argue with clients about.

### Most SEO problems are measurement problems first

If your analytics are wrong, every optimisation decision after that is a guess. We do not start content or link work until the reporting can be trusted — and we say so even when the client would rather we just started publishing.

### Volume is the most expensive mistake in this industry

Publishing fifty articles because a competitor has fifty is how sites end up competing against themselves. Google has scaled-content policies because the pattern is common enough to need one. Fewer, better and properly linked wins.

03
### Saying no is part of the service

If a client asks for something that will hurt their site — templated location pages for cities they do not operate in, bought links, mass-published content — we say so in writing. Most of the damage we get hired to repair was done by agencies that quietly complied.

04
### Publish the mistakes too
