How We Work

This page exists because most agency sites do not have one. If you are evaluating us, you should be able to see how we work, who writes what you read here, and what we will refuse to do — before you get on a call.

How an engagement runs

1. Measurement before optimisation

We do not start content or link work until the reporting can be trusted. In most accounts we inherit, at least one of the following is broken: duplicate GA4 conversion events, missing offline import from the CRM, UTM parameters that let one channel claim another channel’s conversions, or Search Console connected to the wrong property variant. Optimising against unreliable data is how retainers waste their first six months.

2. Technical baseline

A crawl and index audit, with findings ranked by revenue impact rather than by whatever severity score the tool assigned. A broken canonical on a page nobody visits is not urgent. A noindex on a category page that drives a third of your revenue is.

3. Architecture before volume

We map topics into clusters and assign one primary keyword per page before anything gets written. This is the step most content programmes skip, and it is why so many sites end up with six pages competing for the same query and none of them ranking.

4. Publish, measure, revise

Content ships in small batches with an agreed cadence, then gets reviewed against actual performance at 8 and 12 weeks. Pages that underperform get rewritten or merged rather than left to sit.

Editorial standards

Everything published on this site and on client sites follows the same rules:

  • Named authors. Every article carries a real byline with a real role. We do not publish under invented personas or generic “admin” accounts.
  • Sources cited. Where a claim depends on a Google policy, an algorithm update or a published study, we link to the primary source rather than to another blog summarising it.
  • Dated and revised. Search changes quickly. Articles carry publication dates and are revisited when the underlying guidance changes.
  • No invented statistics. If we cannot attribute a number, it does not go in. This applies to our own case studies as much as to client content.
  • Written for the reader, not the crawler. If a section exists only to hit a word count or repeat a keyword, it gets cut.

What we will not do

Some of these will cost us work. We would rather say them up front.

  • Templated location pages for cities you do not operate in. Swapping a city name across fifty otherwise identical pages is doorway content under Google’s own spam policy. Where you serve an area remotely, we build a service-area page instead, which is both compliant and more credible to the person reading it.
  • Mass-published content. Publishing dozens of articles in a day is a scaled-content signal regardless of how well written they are. We publish at a cadence a real editorial team could sustain, because that is what we are.
  • Link buying from networks. Paid links passing PageRank violate Google’s guidelines and the risk lands on your domain, not ours.
  • Guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls the algorithm. An agency promising position one for a competitive term is either misunderstanding the work or misrepresenting it.
  • Reporting that hides the denominator. “Rankings improved for 200 keywords” means nothing without knowing how many were tracked and what they were worth.

Who does the work

MoxSEO operates as the search division of Miracuves Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based product and engineering company. That matters practically: technical SEO recommendations are made by people who understand the stack they are asking your developers to change, and when a fix needs building rather than advising, there are engineers to build it.

Work is delivered by a combined in-house and specialist team. Every engagement has a named strategist and a monthly working session — not just a PDF landing in your inbox.

How we handle disagreement

If we think a request will hurt your site, we will say so and explain why, in writing. If you want to proceed anyway, that is your call and we will document the risk rather than quietly comply or quietly refuse. Most of the damage we get hired to repair was done by agencies that did neither.

See this approach applied in our case studies, or schedule a consultation.
