Acceptance and website use
By using moxseo.com, you agree to these terms and applicable law. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit information you do not have permission to provide.
Public information and tools
Articles, studies, calculators and diagnostic tools provide general information. Outputs depend on available data and should be independently evaluated before making technical, financial, legal, medical or business decisions.
Fair use of the free tools

You may quote short extracts of our articles and studies with attribution and a link to the source page. Datasets published with a study may be used under the terms stated on that study page. Any other copying, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.
No search-result guarantee
Search engines, AI platforms, competitors, markets and customer behaviour are outside MoxSEO’s control. Unless a written agreement explicitly states a measurable delivery standard, no ranking, traffic, revenue or business outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party links and services
The website links to third-party sites and uses third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The website, its content and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about their accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MoxSEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, its content or the free tools. This includes loss of profit, revenue, rankings, data or goodwill. For free resources, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use them. Liability for paid work is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MoxSEO against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the website or tools, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes and severability
When these terms change, the "Last updated" date above changes too. Continued use of the website after that date means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
How these terms connect to other policies
These terms govern public website and tool use. Privacy handling is described separately, published-content errors follow the corrections process, and paid client work is controlled by the accepted proposal, statement of work or other written agreement.
