What moves the fee
Cost changes when the program spans more templates, markets, integrations, approval layers or production responsibilities. Existing analytics quality and implementation access also change the work required. For local search, location count, listing ownership, data inconsistency, review operations, local page quality, franchise governance and call-tracking requirements affect effort.

What must be ready before work starts
Whichever plan you choose, these keep the first weeks productive.
- A location source of truth
- Verified listing access
- Priority services mapped by market
- How calls, directions, forms and bookings will be measured
Is this the right program?
These programs suit single-location and multi-location organisations that need accurate local discovery, stronger location pages, reputation systems and measurable calls or visits. Scope can include Google Business Profile governance, location architecture, citation accuracy, review workflows, local entity signals and conversion paths for each market.
A responsible first sequence
Verify the location source of truth and listing ownership first. Correct one priority market across profile, location page, citations, reviews and conversion tracking, then use that operating rule to scale without producing duplicate city pages.
Who owns the handoffs
Operations owns location facts, local teams support reviews, web teams maintain pages and schema, and marketing measures calls, directions, forms or bookings.
Measures for the next decision

MoxSEO publishes three monthly starting points: Local Practice Leader at $499 a month, Regional Practice Network at $999 a month and National Location Program at $1,899 a month. The proposal confirms the fee once location count and listing condition are known.
Every plan covers business profile governance and location-page strategy. Regional Practice Network adds citation accuracy, review workflows and local content planning. National Location Program adds custom governance and measurement for larger location networks.
Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. A package can improve two of them: relevance, through a complete Business Profile, the right categories and pages that match what customers search for; and prominence, through genuine reviews, consistent citations and links from other sites. Distance from the searcher cannot be changed by anyone.
One location in a market with few local competitors usually fits Local Practice Leader. Several branches or service areas in one region usually need Regional Practice Network, with one accurate profile and one genuinely different page per location. National networks of locations fit National Location Program. Service-area businesses with no public address need their address hidden correctly and realistic service areas whichever plan they choose.
Avoid guaranteed rankings, automated submissions to hundreds of low-quality directories, any provider that pays or rewards customers for reviews (Google prohibits incentivised reviews), packages with no monthly reporting, and one-size-fits-all plans that ignore your locations and competition.
Ask who will own the Google Business Profile and website accounts; which directories they will use for citations and why; how they collect reviews within Google's policies; what the monthly report contains and who explains it; and what happens to the work and the accounts if you cancel.
Record a baseline in the first week: Business Profile calls, direction requests and website clicks, your review count and rating, and your position for a handful of local searches. Compare monthly. Enquiries and profile actions matter more than a single ranking, because rankings change with the searcher's location. If the numbers are flat after three to six months, ask for a clear explanation of what was done and what changes next.
Yes. The free NAP Consistency Checker shows whether your business name, address and phone number match across sources, and the Schema Markup Validator tests your LocalBusiness markup. Both are on the MoxSEO free tools page.
No. Search platforms, markets, competitors and customer behaviour are outside any agency's control. We commit to transparent work, documented decisions and careful measurement.
Your agreement identifies ownership and access. We structure projects so your team retains the accounts, approved assets and implementation documentation needed to continue operating.
Yes, through a documented change when new requirements or constraints appear. We explain the effect on cost and timing before additional work proceeds.
No. Map positions depend on proximity, competition and platform decisions nobody controls. We make your listings, pages, citations and reviews accurate and consistent, and measure calls, directions and bookings.
Only where you have a real location or service reason. We do not build identical location pages with swapped place names; each page needs real facts, services and a way to act.
