Delhi ties Kolkata for the strongest Indian market we have measured
Median extractability of 82 out of 100, level with Kolkata and well ahead of Mumbai and Bengaluru at 73. Schema adoption is the highest we have recorded anywhere at 88%.

Half the sample gets H1 wrong
Only 50% have exactly one H1 — the weakest H1 result of any Indian market we scanned, and unusual for a market otherwise performing this well. It is a twenty-year-old fundamental and it costs nothing to fix.
Three sites explicitly name AI crawlers
Delhi had more sites addressing AI user-agents by name in robots.txt than any other Indian market in our data. None blocked them — but naming them at all indicates someone has thought about it deliberately.

A mature market with an odd technical gap
We scanned agencies and development firms across Okhla, Pitampura, Netaji Subhash Place, Defence Colony and Noida. Schema adoption and citation rates are both excellent here. The H1 result sits oddly against that, which usually points to template or page-builder defaults rather than a knowledge gap.
